What is a Pre-Shipment Inspection process?
A Pre-Shipment Inspection is a systematic third party verification of conformance of products selected at random from all batches of your order, and conducted when the goods are under packing and pre-shipment process. By this mean you will have an effective tool to make decisions and obtain evidence to take actions before your production is finished or before your order is packed.
Our inspectors use the International Standard ISO 2859-1 statistical sampling procedure and Iamsa Quality Management System procedures. At the end of the inspection, our Technical Department processes the collected information and issues the respective certificate and final report.
What to look for?
Iamsa Quality Management System procedure use an appropriate sampling process to select which product will be examined, tested and verified to look for non-compliance, and they are check against our customer´s quality requirement or standards as well. Legal requirements that are applicable depending on the destination market are verified during the inspection process.
